This Notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. (VERNONS TEXAS CODES) on or before 5:00 PM on the 2nd day of January, 2009, in the City Hall at 409 Main Street, Martindale, Texas 78655.  An Open Meeting will be held concerning the following subjects:

9.      Discussion, consideration and/or action on issue of entering into earnest money contract with Concepcion Gonzales for 1.75 acres of proposed park land.

 

10.  Discussion, consideration and/or action on issue of contacting with a title company to verify information and clear up title issues with the property being donated by Guadalupe County for park land.

 

11.  Discussion, consideration and/or action on enacting an ordinance to implement the position of city administrator in the city code.
