NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARTINDALE, CALDWELL COUNTY, TEXAS WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET WORKSHOP OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS FOLLOWS:
