AGENDA

1. Call to Order.

2. Welcome to new member of the Commission, Jennifer Grant, unanimously appointed by the Martindale City Council on Tuesday, July 20^th.

3. Roll Call.

4. Public Comment period. The public is invited to address the commission. All Speakers must sign in prior to the start of the meeting. All Speakers will have three minutes for their comments.

4. Approve minutes from the June meeting of the Historic District and Landmark Commission.

5.  Nominations for and election of new Vice Chair of the Historic District and Landmark Commission.

6. Report on City Council action on recommendation to expand the Martindale Historic District and discussion, consideration and/or action relating to other proposals to expand the Martindale Historic District.

7.  Discussion, consideration and/or action to consider revisions to the Historical Landmark and District Ordinance.

8. Discussion, consideration and/or action about future meeting schedule for the Martindale Historic District and Landmark Commission.

9. Questions from press or public.

10. Adjourn.
