Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Martindale will hold a public hearing at 6:30 o'clock p.m. on the 18th day of November, 2008 on a proposed new sub-division ordinance for the City that will amend and replace the current sub-division ordinance, currently indexed as Chapter 110, 2007-228.
The proposed new ordinance will enact regulations for the platting and developing of subdivisions within the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction, provide for repeal of any ordinances in conflict therewith, and provide for enforcement of the provisions thereof.
The hearing will be held at the Martindale City Hall at 409 Main Street, Martindale, Texas 78655. All interested persons are invited to attend. The proposed ordinance will be available for public viewing at City Hall during normal business hours, both prior to and after the hearing.
